Farscape > Season Two

Won't get fooled again

For me this has to be the best episode.  I didn't watch much Farscape during its original run, but years later BBC 3 (in the UK) showed series 2 in the Friday night "post-pub" slot.  I got into it but for some reason this episode made the biggest impact.  Unlike Human Reaction John knows instantly that he not in reality, which gives the episode a different feel and gives John a chance to cut loose (throwing Rygel of a building).

It also has some of the most beautifully bizarre scenarios; Craiss in heels, Scorpios on the drums etc but manages to keep a coherent story, which episodes like John Quixote lack.

I'm not at all surprised that Rowan Woods has gone on to direct major films and really hoped that he would direct Peacekeeper Wars, but I don't think he had any involvement in that project. :(

Brent Barrett:
Rowan's a busy man.  :)

Yes, this was a wonderful episode (as were so many!).  Gotta love gay D'Argo in the convertable and the B&D babes with Rygel in the hospital room.   :D

Nicola Wood:
I am a sick and twisted individual - because my favourite part of that episode (besides "a little drop of lutra oil") is the scene filmed between Ben Browders legs, with Zhaan (dominatrix), Aeryn (nurses outfit) and Chiana (school girl) plus Rygel as dungeon master with the whip.

I am laughing (in a sick and twisted kinda way) right now.

Rygel:  All of you bitches out! Now! Crichton is mine!

I need help.

*raises hand*

my name is Lindy Rae and I can not resist Crais in heels

Kurt Armbruster:
And the little puppy with gas... ???
