Another great episode! Everything was just great! I'm gonna have some trouble answering the Question of the Week, though. Farscape featured some of the best costumes I've ever seen in any sci-fi show!
"Primacy achieved during peace will always be challenged; However, if assented during conflict, it can last a lifetime." ~ Scorpius

"I'm the Doctor. I'm a Time Lord. I'm from the planet Gallifrey in the Constellation of Kasterborous. I'm 903 years old and I'm the man who is gonna save your lives and all 6 billion people on the planet below. You got a problem with that?" ~ The 10th Doctor

Very nice episode! I loved the Shooting From The Hip segment with Jacob. Nerve and Hidden Memory are two of my favorite episodes and it was enlightening hearing other opinions and ideas about what made them great. The idea that everyone was deceiving someone was a new and fascinating insight.

For me what marked these two eps was that this was the point where things became really dark and truly frightening. Not monster frightening but fear of what one person (I include Scorpy in that category) was capable of doing to another. There was torture and pain and misery. There was also (on John's part) a real sense of despair, which is not a comfortable emotion and doesn't appear often in series television, sci fi or otherwise.

Lutra oil is also mentioned in Family Ties.

Quote
John: Exactly how volatile is this lutra oil?

Zhaan: Not at all. But once it's injected into containers filled with kronite shavings from the floor of Moyas cargo hold, the mix becomes highly explosive. Almost anything will set it off.

Hmm and as a personal lubricant with D'Argo and Chiana?  Never mind.  It is a family podcast.

Another really excellent episode, thanks a lot :)

Just one slight niggle... The word in my answer to the question of the week was "perennial" and not "personal"  ??? Perhaps there was a slight glitch in the translator microbes' conversion from South Yorkshire to North American? :)

I know I shouldn't really complain, after all, how many other kind souls are there willing to disseminate my meandering babble to the world?

So, apart from the QOTW debacle that really was another great show.  The Shooting from the Hip segment was (as usual) very entertaining.  BTW, Aussies and us Brits do find fart jokes funny :)

Mighty fine article by Lisa Marie and thank you for Shooting from the Hip, after the favourite colour I thought it was going to go along the lines of "hi, I'm Jacob and I'm a Farscape fan, Hi Jacob..." ;D
.
You see that one, that's that star right there. It's my point of reference, my guide, and it always becomes the center of my chart. I always name it Aeryn.

Yet another great episode.
I must admit it was weird hearing my own thoughts read out by another person.  Perhaps I just talk to myself too much lol

It was great tohear more shooting from the hip again

Keep up the good work
