I liked it. All the insight about Noranti and Ancient Jack.

But I was absolutely delighted with Jonathan Hardy's reading of Edgar Allan Poe's The Pit and the Pendulum. Bravo!  Encore!

BEST EPISODE YET!!!!!! ;D I especially got chills from Jonathan Hardy's reading of "The Pit and the Pendulum"! I'm gonna share that with my friend Robert, 'cause he likes Rygel. :) If you can contact him, could you definitely tell him to read "The Raven"? That's one of my favorites by Poe. Keep up the fantastic work!

P.S. I'm definitely gonna order the new Farscape CD, as well as the others!

So another great episode, but

I couldn't sleep well after listening to Jonathan's narration, which was marvelous. I would love to hear his narration of either The Rats in The Walls or The Colour Out of Shape, both by HP Lovecraft.

I still dunno what to make of Noranti.

And a fine article about NOTJack's ulterior motives

As usual , it was another fantastic ( and fantastical - because of the Noranti Character review ) eppy.  I loved that Noranti Character review . It was a job , very well done  by  Nicola Wood . ( I know, I know . But what I mean is that I loved that she presented the article so beautifully . )
I also loved the bit that Jonathan Hardy came on. I don't know if I like the Rygel character soo-oo much.  But Rygel does kinda grow on me. I mean, I don't hate Rygel . He has his moments. But I do like Jonathan Hardy . Yes, indeed I do .   I love it when an actor comes to read a story , because of being an actor they have more range ( more ability to go in-depth ) with the words. They give the words more feeling , than perhaps some Joe Blow off the street . . Uh, I am not knocking those Joe Blow's , perhaps one day there will be a Joe Blow that will become like Jonathan , or a Wayne Pygram  guy to come and read to us . I would love to hear Wayne read . . . or as I say anyone of the other actors . I just love this episode of ScapeCast !  Keep up that excellent work , as usual .   ;)

Great episode! The articles about Noranti (she's one of my favorites) and Jack were fantastic and I loved Jonathan Hardy reading The Pit and the Pendulum. I'm a huge fan of classic horror, so that was a double treat.  :D

I never really knew what to make of Noranti, half the time you like the character the rest you would cheer if John spaced her, mind you seeing her floating around past the bridge was worth her inclusion in the grand adventure and Nicolas piece underlined that very well. Quality article by Margaret, it's always interesting to look beyond the obvious or the accepted when it comes to genre shows, we are fed elements of characters which unless deceptive pigeon whole many characters and who knows a good guy may indeed be a bad guy.

Total respect to Jonathan, brilliant and chilling read :)
.
You see that one, that's that star right there. It's my point of reference, my guide, and it always becomes the center of my chart. I always name it Aeryn.

Finally back listening to the Scapecast. I liked the show but am I the only one who had no problem hearing any other part of the show then couldn't hear a damn thing when it came to the Jonathan Hardy reading?

I'm going through back episodes of ScapeCast, since discovering it last year.

This one really had so much to offer. The Noranti and Ancient Jack articles were really wonderful. Then there was the fantastic and impressionistic reading of "The Pit and the Pendulum" by Jonathan Hardy. I'd love to hear him read other Poe stories, or short stories generally. I bet Farscape fans would love to know of any CDs or audiobooks that Jonathan has read for, that are available (free or paid) so that we can show our appreciation, send him some acting royalties, and be fortunate enough to own a copy of his performances. What a great guy and great actor! Heck, and he wanted to share, just to give something cool to the fans and share the wealth.

Yes, that was pure awesome of him.  He even contributed a Holiday Rygel song for us, which was great too.
