Well, Farscape has given us plenty of hysterical moments, but my two favorites are from "The Flax" and "Won't Get Fooled Again".  (That's right, I have a hard time choosing...)

The revelation of Stanz as the female of his species in "The Flax", and his plaintive cries of "I love you!" to D'Argo got howls of laughter from yours truly.  And the sight of Rygel in a gimp mask, rising up to peek between John's legs in "Won't Get Fooled Again", nearly did me in - I was laughing so hard I had oxygen issues.

And speaking of "Won't Get Fooled Again", Lani Tupu is comedy gold throughout the entire thing, from his understated muttering of "Toto..." to his high-octave high-heeled scene towards the end of the ep...oh, my.

Well, there's funny and then there's funny. For the droll, witty kind of funny, I love Harvey giving John's eulogy in Revenging Angel. But for laugh-out-loud funny, for me there's just nothing better than D'Argo dancing. Not only does it look ridiculous, but it adds a whole 'nother dimension to his character.

D'Argo dancing.  Each and every time I watch LATP: pt 1, there is a quick camera-pan of the dancefloor, and there's D'Argo, doing the one-man-pogo.  It just kills me every time.

"Won't Get Fooled Again" was a funny episode was some very funny scenes and performances not least was Lani Tupu as the cross dressing copper, Judy Garland impersonator and penalty server. Twenty Nine dollars and Forty cents for 5 counts of attempted murder and assault, priceless ;D
Then of course we had Rygel decked out in domination gear complete with whip appearing between John's outspread legs momments after John was being accosted by three of most fetching females in this little fantasy world, laugh myself silly everytime I watch that scene.

However nothing really compares to the scene in the episode "I Do, I Think" part 2 of the Princess Trilogy when John is preparing to be frozen and he talks to D'Argo who offers him some good and some bad news. The bad news being that John is to be married and frozen for 80 cycles but the good news was that D'Argo and Chiana were having great sex ;D

The delivery of the lines from D'Argo and the look on John's face was perfect and who didn't laugh out loud at that scene but then both characters respond as the true friends they are by taking and giving support through the shared humour. It's that extra dimension to this scene that makes it even more humorous more so then the visual gags from "Won't Get Fooled Again" and other classic episodes.
.
You see that one, that's that star right there. It's my point of reference, my guide, and it always becomes the center of my chart. I always name it Aeryn.

What is the funniest moment in the series?

That is hard to choose – but I think the biggest laugh out loud moment for me, was in ”Out of their Minds”.  When the crew are in the maintenance bay waiting for the Halosian to board Moya and Rygel in John’s body realises that there is some … pressure in this new body that he doesn’t know how to deal with.

Claudia Blacks face is so expressive at that moment when John – in Aeryn’s body – realises that he is going to have give step by step instructions to Rygel of all individuals in how to relieve himself.

Out of their minds - 16:49-17:06
JOHN-in-Aeryn: Oh, my God. Unzip.
RYGEL-in-John: Uh... [Unzips his fly.] Right.
JOHN-in-Aeryn: Pull it out. Point it like a gun... and shoot.

Potty training in the stars.

When Rygel catches a sensitive portion of John’s anatomy in his zipper the way Claudia bit out line

Out of their minds - 18:13-18:16
JOHN-in-Aeryn: Put it away and be careful, Sparky.

had me rolling on the floor.   Still does.

Comedy gold.

Another great question, and one that's a toughie to answer. The whole show is just packed with comedy, so there are too many great moments to choose from.

I first thought that I'd like to choose any time that Rygel got nervous (you know where I'm going with that one right?!)

But I'm going to have to go with 'Out of their minds' (hmm, popular choice for comedic moments). Its the bit where Crichton is in Aeryn's body and has a subtle peek down her top then unzips it and starts jiggling. At least he had an excuse, John says that 'he's a guy and guys dream about that sort of thing', and when Aeryn threatens to break his (or her) legs, that just topped off the scene.

I think the whole episode "Revenging Angel" was chock-full of Farscape's funniest moments. From the fantastic John/Harvey gems, to the Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner antagonism between John and D'Argo, it's absolutely wonderful! But the best moment of all is between John and the cartoon Aeryn. Especially when she looks like Jessica Rabbit, and she says "I get it: 'I'm not bad; I'm just drawn that way.' Oh, please! At least use some imagination!" and then snaps that big pencil on her knee. ;D

Well, I can't believe it hasn't been mentioned yet, but my funniest Farscape moment is the infamous scene in 'Scratch N Sniff' when John and D'Argo wake up in a window, with people watching, and John doesn't have any pants on.

The scream is hilarious, the accompanying music is wonderfully funny, the dazed look on D'Argo's face is priceless, and the brief look around the corner by Ben Browder is just comedy genius.

I laugh out loud every time...

I know this is an old question, and there are WAY too many to choose the funniest one, but I'll give you one I forgot about.

It is in "Bad Timing" ( which is not a funny episode )

We have John & Aeryn in the boat  Chiana, D'Argo & Rygel on Moya.

D'Argo tells Chiana John's gone down on his knees ... She asks why.

Ryrel says:  "I think he's hurt himself"  ...  I burst out laughing every time !!!

Funniest Farscape moment?

Just about everything in Out of Their Minds:

John in Aeryn's body checking out the goods.

Rygel in John's body trying to relieve himself.

Chi in D'Argo's body trying to seduce Rygel in John's body.

Chi in D'Argo's body telling the hallosian to "face the wall and spread your tail feathers, big guy."

Rygel in Aeryn's body saying "'If you say so, John, if you say so, John.'  Yotz! If I said that you'd all vomit!"  and "Shoot the damned gun, you blue assed bitch!"

...i thought the funniest moment was Aeryn is the lisping princess in John Quixote....it was so unexpected as so unAeryn like i found it hilarious...i also agree with jersygirl about Johns eulogy and Jarrak about Rygel dressing in domination gear...those were very memorable!!!...i also have to throw in John dressing up as a girl and getting hit on....that was fuuunny.....i just love the type of humor the writers of Farscape use.... :)

Kimberly from Southern California,

There are so many how do I chose?  I love it in "Through the Looking Glass" when John teaches D'argo to keep time with one mississippi and he just says it all wrong.  I now have all the kids I work with saying it wrong.  I might just get my self in trouble for that one.
