Ohhh so many to choose!! But it hands down has to be, pretty much any scene with the sexy jazz music in the background in it from the eppy Meltdown. tehehehe "bad mist!" "...naughty mist"

As a modern man in touch with his feelings I should pick a scene with perhaps Zhaan who projected her sensuality effortlessly and elevated it to new heights when she was in communion mind to mind with a number of other souls.
However lets go for something more blatent and in ya face, yes I am talking about Grayza and her cleavage used to such devestating effect on John in the episode "What was Lost, part1" and part2..
The poor guy didn't stand a chance when her fingers stroked down her throat and gathered up the Heppel oil although you've got to admit the rocky crags and surf smashing in a spray of moisture set the scene, it may not have been Lancaster and Kerr but it was pretty close

There are a few good ones, but sadly none of them go on long enough. Aside from the obvious choices already mentioned (Meltdown, What Was Lost), I love the sequence at the beginning of Relativity. Not steamy exactly but plenty sexy, not to mention funny. John and Aeryn luxuriating together in the bunk after having made love all night is about so much more than sex. It is the culmination of everything they have gone through and suffered, together and individually, since almost the very beginning. It is the moment of complete happiness we have wanted for them for so long. And John's banging on the bulkhead wall and moaning, just to bother Rygel is so funny. And so grown up.

I have to split my answer by seasons:

Season 1: Human Reaction... the whole shoulder/neck kiss gives me goosebumps every time (the good kind).

Season 2: The kiss in Look at the Princess III (although the hair sniffing/kissing of Part I are a close, close second).

Season 3: Hip kissing in Infinite Possibilities I... oh my frelling god, GUH. I melt into a puddle every time I watch that.

Season 4: Season 4 was more about angst then hotness, but I'll say the teaser for "Mental As Anything", in Pilot's bay. It was sweet AND hot

 I would like to start by saying I like when Zhaan gave John the Delvian ear kiss. The thing about the look on Ben's face when Zhaan is kissing him in pure Delvian style.
But my official answer is going to be a two - parter answer. I like " Meltdown " . John and Aeryn fixing Talyn and counting down to when they can be finished and get their hands all over each other. And then when they do, it is sooo-oo hot ! And I also like the " What was lost - parts one AND two " The whole thing about Grayza and John .  From the moment Grayza shows up in that hall ( after Chiana warns John that the PeaceKeepers have arrived ) up until the end when John has Grayza all tide up and she is thinking ( by the look on Grayza's face ) " perhaps, John has the idea of what to do like she would like " and then he just left her, tide up and betrayed.

...i have to agree with the other scapers (Scaper Gal, Eirenne, and D Grazer) that Meltdown has the hottest/sexiest/steamiest scenes in Farscape .....i also cherish the scenes of hair smelling, nuzzling hips, and kissing in the corridor after checking the comms...i appreciate the way the Farscape writers have used the "sex scenes" so infrequently and made the small gestures covey so much more...

The scene from "A Human Reaction" from Aeyrn's reaction to the rain until John puts his head on her shoulder is just hot.  I don't even care if I see the next scene where we know that well...they did it.

Working my way through the Scapecast backlogs, and way, way late, but oh well!
For me, and I am most definitely travelling off the beaten path here, the steamiest scene was in Bad Timing, with Sikozu and Scorpius getting it on (or, perhaps more accurately, getting off) in the chamber. The whole 'To resisting our enemies/To not resisting our friends' exchange, and Braca looking on (the defocus was perfect, his commander and Sikozu together, in the center of his face, as he watches, unable or unwilling to join them) was beautiful, sexy, and one of my favorite scenes in the show.

I have to agree with Shipperfey's top 3, which match my initial thoughts. I do not remember anything particularly sexy/hot/steamy about Mental As Anything, but I will re-watch.
